Waiting for a guy after class?

What do guys think when a girl waits for you after class?

I used to have a girl last semester that would do this, and for me it basically told me she:

a) liked me

b) thought I was cool/enjoyed my company

c) didn't have anybody else to hang out with after class and didn't want to be alone, or...

d) all of the above.

i would have to hit her with a club and say you scared me

ok no seriously

this kind of action is like on the top 10 list of things to do for a guy (in other words, this is a huge plus)

I don't mind it.. I actually like it it makes me feel important or special to her expecially if she ditches her friends just to wait for me..
