If a girl acts sarcastic and "mean" towards me all the time?

but when she does it she has this big smile on her face or pretending to be mad at me(but she isn't because I can clearly see she is holding back a smile) and saying things like "im never going to be nice to you" etc, what can I assume? She is nice to everybody else and we get along, except for all the sarcasm we throw at each other all the time.

She probably likes you, unless you two are really close friends. It's her way of flirting, but in a way that you'll view her as a friend that you can just hang out with and be comfortable around.

According to her, we are not friends and yet she is WAY too comfortable talking to me like that. She has told me a couple of times that this is the way she teases me, whethers that's a good or bad things, I don't know

I still think that she likes you, maybe she's just not sure how to go about expressing her feelings. I'd take it as a good thing.

but when a certain thing is "your humor" don't you use that on everybody? Yes she has a sarcastic personality but she doesn't use it on other people THAT much, with me its like its on 24 hours a day.

Not really, different people open up different aspects of your personality. Certain people I don't feel comfortable around to fully be myself, while when I am around other people I can feel okay with being sarcastic or a total goof ball.

Thanks for the input. A few more things.. She has told me we are not friends and the way she acts kinda goes with that, but I don't know if its part of her " teasing". Other people she is comfortable with and you can tell they are friends to some extent, but she isn't all sarcastic like that. She has told me that the being like that is used when she is with her best friend and with people she is close with but it doesn't make sense since I'm not even her friend. That's why I'm confused

Nope not me. Because like I said certain people bring out different aspects of my personality. Some people get offended by my sarcasm so I tend to use it on people who I know won't or I know at least get me. She feels comfortable around you, to be her true self.
