If a girl keeps teasing me and pretending to be mean, is she flirting?

Its fun and we both enjoy teasing each other, but im wondering if it can be assumed she is flirting or just being friendly. She is always smiling when she teases me but when i try to make her smile, she either pretends to look away or pretends to be serious and tells me that she is not in the mood to listen to me (obviously a joke haha). She also can get a little rough in a playful way, what do you make of it?

Omg yes!!! If that isn't a sign that she likes you I don't know what is! I do this all the time, it's playfully cute and the banter that exchanges between the teasing and pretending to be mean is all good!

Yes, it could be considered flirting, but it doesn't necessarily mean she likes you. Im naturally a flirty person and flirt with nearly everyone I meet, not just those I'm attracted to
