I'm very short but I guess kind of cute and guys always call me fun size. What does that even mean and is it a compliment or not?
It is a term of endearment is how I would take it. I have been called the same since I am on the short side, like you. Just means "small and cute" from what I can gather. I have never been called that and thought it was an insult.
I would take it as flirting as well. That is kind of like a guy giving you a "pet name" or similar. I would look for other signs of flirting as well though. There are usually more than one.
While everyone flirts differently, there are so other telltale signs like smiling, laughing, keeping eye contact, listening intently when you speak, etc.
If he is doing that as well as giving you cute nicknames, I would definitely think he is flirting and trying to get your attention. That is when you can reciprocate (if interested) to let him know you you are. Then, hopefully, he will make a move and ask you out. If not, you might have to be the one that does that.

it means you are short. nothing more, nothing less. i wouldn't call it flirting.
I would take it as a compliment. My wife is very, very short and she thinks it's a compliment. I think the intent is to state that although you're short, there's nothing lacking. May be a reference to the "fun size" candy that is sold for Halloween -- it's all the goodness of the candy, just in a smaller package. Again, unless there's something mean attached to it, I'd take it as a compliment.
That is a compliment guys are saying fun size which means cute, pretty, etc.. They don't mean to make it look like their making fun of you which their not doing so. They like you deep down.
