It's really hard to tell with girls because of how they think...
I would say it's a good sign because you have a good natural chemistry. People act playful and childish when they trust each other. You probably both like being around each other too.
But a lot of girls also tend to have an image in their head of the kind of guy they would date. If you don't fit that image, you end up in the friend zone, I'm afraid. Some might be more open minded and have less of a preconceived notion, but most will have an image of some sort.
It's flirting.
Flirting is not serious at all. So whatever she says, or you say, you both know that you're both full of sh*t and just having fun.
It's playful. Like you're kids on the playground again, teasing each other.
Don't do this 100% of the time. It can get boring and predictable. Have meaningful conversations here and there. So that she can figure out when you're being genuine and honest, and when you're sarcastic and funny.
Personally, that's how I flirt with a guy (has not worked very well for me in the past though, so I'm trying to break myself of the habit). It's definitely a sign of interest, but if you're looking for a relationship with her, make sure you can have a serious and nice conversation when appropriate.
My sisters and I are like that when we're around each other...even though we're all adults, it's like we revert back to our childhood selves when we interact lol...I love it.
I would say it's a good thing...means you're comfortable around each other?

I have the same 'problem' with this one girl it can be really fun at times but extremely frustrating. people seem to think were even dating and they started thinking that when the teasing started. People keep telling me she likes me but I'm unsure of it
it depends. if it comes naturally, it would be good.
Rather if they prentend to be so, ...e...not that good..
she's into you haha... that simple. that's her way of saying she likes u.
This could mean one very simple thing... She likes you! Just ask her if it's she does and if you like her back then don't be afraid to ask her out on a date or something. =)
