MY nose is big...When I smile it gets really wide, shaped like a mushroom and is very masculine. My mom said something about my nose being a "honker" at a restaurant one night, ever seen I've been so self conscious. I hate the way I look, and I blame my nose for the reason why I haven't had a boyfriend yet, I know I'm young, but let's face it, high school guys are shallow, and I'm officially ugly in my mind :*( I found this "nose scale" online where you enter in the measurements of your nose and it tells you if you should get rhinoplasty or not, apparently mine sticks out really far and when I smile becomes ridiculous :(

Guys, how much do you care about a girl's nose? Also I have chubby cheeks when I smile. Like a chipmunk :*( Ughh I hate myself right now for even writing this...Help?

I personally don't find large noses to be attractive. But, it's not a deal breaker. I've said it before, and I'll say it again: a woman is a sum of all parts. You have to look at the whole picture. She might have a big nose, but she might also have a rockin' body and an amazing personality. I'll take a "honker" with an average body and a great personality, over a barbie doll with the personality of a dirty Kleenex.

Don't worry about your nose. You look cute in the pictures and your "honker" is not even particularly big in my opinion. I know some girls with noses way bigger.

it's not big, when someone reads your question he thinks he's gonna see some huge ugly nose, but it's definitely not big, you're too harsh on yourself, and I'm not saying this just to make you feel good, that's my real opinion, your self esteem should go way up high

It's probably something that you notice more than anyone else. Like, I used to hate my left eye - I SWORE that it was smaller than the right lol it turns out it's not, but since I looked at myself every day I started to think it was. You are probably dramaticizing it more than it needs.

Anyways, a guy worth dating is one who won't judge you by your nose. Hey, if anything, I've actually heard that some guys prefer bigger noses to smaller ones!

I am assure that you overestimate your problem. I am an artist and I totally know that when you are target only on one thing, this thing is just huge! Fore example, I had a friend, she thought that she had a big eyes, and she put a make up like for big eyes. BUt SHE DIDN"T HAS BIG EYES! so it looks bad... and you should to know - Nature knows better how make you more prettier)

I read this question expecting to see a girl with a big nose but when I clicked on the pics I realized its just a girl with a normal nose and is self conscious for no reason. Your nose is fine, its large at all. A lot of times we tend to think something on our body is larger and a flaw when it really isn't.

Sure, the tip looks slightly bulbous in the first pic - but not enough for anyone to notice unless you'd told them; and the second pic just looks like a perfectly normal nose.

It really depends on how it goes with the rest of your face. One feature doesn't define anyone, and not even the most attractive people on the world have all perfect features. Don't worry about it, and definitely don't worry about surgery. It's natural for everyone to have their insecurities, and rarely is plastic surgery necessary.
