No! That would be horrible and also if you're gonna do it, why wouldn't you put it in their pants instead? Would be far more affective even though I don't approve of anyone put someone else in that situation.

I actually did this when I was in high school to my girl best friend! We had a sleepover and were going to school together in the morning and when she was getting ready I put it in her bra cups and she was itching for a bit but it wore off after a while
