Does it mean anything when a guy stretches so his chest is puffed out?

Example: puts his hands behind his head then stretches back into kind of an arch. I know that when a guy puffs his chest out it is a flirty body language signal but I was wondering about the stretching because I've had guys do this around me. Or is it just a stretch? I don't know if I'm reading into it to much or not haha

Speaking from experience, once you get to a point when you've been consistant with working out. It's like a challenge to get sore any more. And even when I get sore (power lifter) its not enough to make me want to stretch because that never makes it feel better. Point is, he's doing it to show off his big muscles to you
