What does it mean when a guy stretches in front of you?

This guy keeps stretching in front of me. He does it when he’s sat down, he will literally put his hand behind his head and puff his chest out and open his legs, I never know where to look lol

Yes, i also think he is trying to show his body. I have never seen "puff chest and open legs behaviour" outside the gym. However, it seems to be pretty unsocial behaviour.
I'm also working in a sitting position and stretch a lot, but mostly my hands go up and maybe i move my hips. Moving hips does not happen when someone is looking directly at or talking to me.
No need for open my legs, those muscles are not affected from sitting. Only thing i want to do sometimes is stand up and touch my toes but definitely not when someone is in the room, it's a move for the gym.
