Are you a loud, silent or other type of crier?

Loud as in Screaming, loud moaning and shaking. Quiet as in tears start rolling down your face but you hear no sounds.

I am the quiet, shaky, smoking-a-cigarette kind of crier. My throat becomes really tense and closes up. If I try to push any words out, I fail. I need to take deep breathes (perhaps alongside a cigarette) to calm down and then cough a bit to open my throat up, then I can return to talking like normal. When the situation is stressful as well as sad, my hands will shake too.

I generally don't cry. But on the occasions I do, it's usually because I'm really stressed out, so I try not to make noise. I do make sounds when I breathe in though because I'm kinda choked up.

I try not to ever cry. I hate it and I hate it when people see me cry. So I hold it in. If I do cry though it's usually lots of sniffles and gulping air lol. Or just silent if people are around

I hate crying. So, if done its usually silent; unless the reason im crying is really painful; then its sniffles and some noise
