Why do you guys ask so many questions?

This guy I think he likes me, almost everytime he sees me he asks me how's work? It's like his trying to get a conversation going even if his talking to someone else! His always trying to ask anything as long as he has a small chat to me even if it's for 30 sec!
I can see him watching me on the reflection of things and if I look at him he turns so fast as if his not looking, and I wouldn't know his looking if it wasn't for the mirrors and doors around the place. He approaches me almost everytime he sees me and always tries to have a conversation even if his working.
The other day he told me I was looking really good at the gym while looking at me up and down, (not in a sleazy way) it was kind of flattering!
What do you guys think?

we will do whatever we can to get YOU thinking about us, but that doesn't really mean anything. it just means he's getting you to think about him

i think they can be friends, if there's equal amount of communication. he's not always making the first chat, neither is she. it's equal

i know that the girls i talk to, i just talk to because im bored, not necessarily because i want to be friends. hell, one of the girls, who happens to be engaged, wanted to actually hang out with me, alone. i was like, what? you're engaged...
