What does it mean when a guy only texts you at night? Even though he's open the whole day, but just texts you at night?

It could mean that he is trying to work around your schedule in order to keep from interrupting anything. People also have a tendency to do something similar to the way they first did it, so if you two first started texting later in the day that could be the reason.
