Idk, I used to live with a bunch of frat brothers. Some of the dudes who would roll through our house were in their late twenties. I don't think it matters so long as you actually know someone in the frat.

If you are in the frat, you are not too old for a frat party. If you are with someone who is in the frat, you are not too old for a frat party.
