He blocked me for no reason?

So i started talking to this guy on snapchat around a month ago and he went straight into flriting. so i flirted back cos he was hot and he seemed like a decent guy. He seems to be quite popular at his school so maybe he is just arrogant but anyway.
So we continued to talk and flirt heaps over the month and he would say im cute so i would say it back (cheesy i know) and then he would be like. "dont call me that ;)" and i go "um why?" and he goes, "its not manly". And so last night i saw a meme on Facebook about exactly that conversation so i tagged him in it. So then early this morning when i was sleeping he said "can you please not tag me in shit?" and i think he blocked me. And then he may have blocked me on snapchat too. I HAVE NO IDEA WHY. and dont worry, the snapchats werent nudes or what not but i chose not to like him incase he pulled some jerk ass thing on me.
So to conclude this somewhat rant, he flirts so well and so much and then ignores or doesn't sna chat me for a few days then says "heyyy", and blocked me for no reason. so i dont know if he's a player or im somehow being annoying or anything. Guys can be so confusing.

There is a possibility that he doesn't want others to know that he is flirting with you. You tagging him in that post most likely gave it away that he was flirting with you in some kind of way.

He doesn't want you apart of his public life. Most likely wants to flirt with you or have sex with you without anyone knowing because he doesn't want anything to do with you publicly.
