What does it mean when a guy keeps turning around to look at you?

I've caught his eyes several times before, and caught him checking me out many tunes. We had made small talks and he knew my little attraction for him, but he ends up confessing he has a gf. We basically don't know each other well but we acknowledge our presense. He still checks me out but just Friday, I has a dress on. He was working, and he kept. turning around to look at me while attending a customer. He will look, look away for his customer, then turn around and look at me, over. He did this
