Is a guy asking you how many boyfriends you've had mean he's INTERESTED or LIKES you?

I never had a boyfriend and don't know guy behavior that well. The guy who asked is between the ages of 18-22. I'm wondering what his intentions are by asking the question. Does he like me? Does he want to date me?

Could be anything. Could be he wants to gauge how "easy" you are because he thinks he has a chance of sleeping with you, could be that he is interested in you, or it could be that he just is curious. Simple way of finding out. When he asks something like that, smile sweetly and say: "Why do you want to know? Are you crushing on me?" If he gets flustered and says no, that means yes. If he says yes, that means yes. If he says no without getting embarrassed then he's probably not interested.
