GUYS: He bit and kissed my neck again! What does this mean?

Okay, so tonight I was leaning on a table with my hands on my face, he turns around and sees me after he was whistling for his guy friend to come meet him on the patio. I was talking to someone else when He sees me, he smiles and laughs He than leans into the table as well getting super close to me, almost like he was suggesting he wanted to kiss me. He Than comes and gives me a hug, we stand there for a second just hugging each other when he than leans into my neck, placing it there for a second and bites me. He Pulls away still with his arms around me and he was smiling and laughing and I go "you bit me! You always bite me." Than he goes like "oh ya" chuckles a little than goes back down to me and bites me again, twice more he bites while he's holding onto me and than he starts to kiss and lightly suck as he's holding me next to him. Two very soft, sexy kisses. For a few seconds I forgot anyone was around us and he was just acting like no body was. He than picks me up and holds me on him for a minute. Than sets me down and hugs and holds me until another guy friend came up and hit his back. He looked up he was still holding onto me when I stepped away. He has yet to say he likes me of give any verbal signs. So what does this mean? Is trying to turn me on? Does he want to have sex, be intimate, or is he just playing around. He's not the type of guy who sleeps around but I'm curious why he hasn't said anything to me. Any serious comments are appreciated!!!
