Frankly I would be nervous, but not in a way that would make me not want to have sex with her. The nervousness would be to make sure her first time goes as well as possible.
To me, virginity is neither. There are pros and cons to both.
Virgin pros: no STDs, no baggage from ex's, and my own experience is low too so we could learn new things together.
Virgin cons: she might be more nervous and uptight or worried, might not know about her body as much, and might have some pain.
Non-virgin pros: With more experience she could show me a thing or two, which could take the pressure off me, she wouldn't be as uptight and may even know just what she wants and how to make sure we both have fun.
Non-virgin cons: If she's too experienced I might feel pressured to perform beyond my current "skill," and she might not enjoy herself because I don't have enough practice. Also, greater chance of STDs or angry ex-bfs.
I'd rather be with a girl with less experience, but it's not something either of us can control. Admittedly, it's nice to be first, especially if she's super cute. Virginity isn't a big deal otherwise.

It is a turn on that I will be her first and I will be the one showing her what sex is even if taking a girl's virginity is a little slow for my taste. It is also a turn on when she knows what she is doing and is confident in bed and knows what she wants. Either way, it is going to be a good time.
I would make sure she had the best experience possible and be very caring and gentle. I am indifferent. But virginity seems to be a bigger deal for women than for men, because a lot of guys don't give a rats ass who they lose their virginity to.
