Why are most women afraid of men?

Your probably right to say most, I think younger women now are more confident and feel society supports them as equals and rightly so.
However evolution has made men bigger and stronger and much more aggressive especially when they are in their sexual prime.
It has always intrigued me that we are to quick to forget we are animals specifically mammals. If you take just a little time to observe other mammals male dominance is present in them all sexually. As humans we try to suppress it and so we should but we are fighting against nature.
On a personal note in hope all women feel comfortable around men in relationships , if you don't then move on. There are men that use intimidation but their are some women that love their guys to be dominant. It is just part of our sexual make up as humans.

Most women aren't. Those who are have usually been in violent situations with men before or if not they usually have some sort of mental/personality disorder. When you look into the pasts of feminists who make these kinds of claims that we live in a rape culture and all that they usually suffer with one or more of depression, bipolar, narcissistic personality disorder, histrionic personality disorder, OCD, panic disorder, anxiety disorder, borderline personality disorder...

There are some females who are afraid of men because they have had a bad experience with a male and have now put the other 4.5 billion in the same category and there are feminist who hate men and find every way possible to make everything men's fault and therefore creating fear amongst themselves, but it is not most women by any means.

Women can also be intimidating to men, and in a lot more ways.
We can be violent and get away with it.
We can use society, and legal standards to put them in jail for nothing.
We can manipulate and control them much easier.
Approaching us can cause them much anxiety and stress for no reason at all.

I personally was intimidated when I was a teenager, because I was afraid of rejection. Now, as an adult I am willing to take that chance. You never know until you find out and sometimes men are intimidated by us, so they will not always approach you.

I read somewhere that female are apprehensive towards new males, because those males have to prove to not be dangerous. It's an innate thing.
