What does it mean if a guy pats/squeezes your upper arm or shoulder a lot? Is this just a friendly thing or is he finding ways to touch me?

My friend either hugs me when we say goodbye or, if were crammed in my car and it's hard to hug, he'll cup my shoulder/upper arm with his hand and squeeze it or pat me. I've read that guys think that area is like feeling a breast. Is that true? Or is the shoulder just a neutral place to feel a girl? He does this a lot during the day at school. We almost always touch somehow when we say goodbye.

I'm a friendly person and I love to give hugs. I would hug everyone at work if they didn't give me attitudes or act like they can't say hi when they see me first smh I've also been told I give amazing hugs as well all my life. 2 out of 3 of my newest female friends have amazing breasts. I definitely enjoy hugging them and with one I've joked around once about it during mid hug (now she is aware of me hugging often and has made so far one funny comment before a hugging moment) the other girl I noticed didn't hug me as hard now that she has a bf and it just so happens her bf is jealous of our friendship (she has told me).

In regards to women I don't know at all or JUST work with I definitely nudge them from my elbow to their mid arm area because it's natural and neutral. I try to not tap on their backs because I don't like that shit but a light resting of my hand on the shoulder or upper arm [then I remove my hand quickly, like a stronger tap]. I believe that location is the safest most neutral place to touch.

But I enjoy it :)

If I'm sitting close to, or next to or across from and am in convo or starting a convo trying to get her attention the safest most neutral place to nudge her would be the little flick on her leg closest to me.

It just so happens I'm obsessed with thighs (O. O)

So I don't know anyone else who would enjoy getting a woman's attention by nudging their legs like me lol

Yes and I sometimes do it randomly kind of as a 'hey' ... and sometimes I've just pressed my side against hers like put aliiiitle bit of my weight towards her... when I do that it's harmless, i don't have an agenda, it's just an 'I'm close to you and comfortable sitting next to you thing'

He does that with me. If we're sitting side by side we will be pressed together. Or he'll play footsie or leg wrestle me under a table. He tickles me, pokes my sides and messes up my hair, too. And he likes to grab things away from me so I'll wrestle him. Hmmm, this is starting to sound suspicious, lol!
