My friend is dating a younger guy and he told her last night that she was his "main bitch" and we want your opinion on what a "main bitch" is.

It sounds like he's one of those guys who keeps girls on the side. I personally wouldn't be thrilled to stay with a guy who refers to me as a bitch in any context though.
