Any act of closeness or tender weakness a woman displays towards or on behalf of a man is a major booster to the masculine ego. I wouldn't suggest you do this with any guy you are not strongly committed to. Because it strengthens bonding, you really don't want to become to bound to one fellow before you know you want to be. It is a rather intimate act, really.
