Guys, What could it mean if a guy rubs the back of his neck a lot when he is around/talking to you?

I noticed this one particular guy does it a lot around me and unless he has a really itchy neck which i dont think he does i noticed he does that. he also fixes his collar and his hair etc.. and fidgets i guess. but he has a girlfriend so i'm not sure he likes me. opinions?

He either likes or is insanely shy and doesn't talk to girls that much.

Also, just because he has a girlfriend does not mean he doesn't like you.

yep very close. He used to message me everyday, now we talk sometimes and when his girlfriend is there, he doesn't really talk to me much at all.
