Guys, What does saying hello and winking mean?

This guy comes into my work quite a bit. We have small talk conversations and know each others names.

Lately he's been winking at me when he says hello, but only when my coworkers aren't looking. Does this have any specific meaning?

Today he also told me to have a good day and called me Hun as he was leaving...

I think it's quite obvious I have a thing for him, but I could be wrong.

We talk. I know about some of his hobbies, he knows some of mine.

I've run into him a few times outside of work and we've talked. That was before he started winking at me and calling me Hun.

i asked him out over 5 months ago. He looked surprised, smiled, said yes.
We went out, we were friendly, a little awkward as most first dates are.
At the end he told me he'd see me on Monday at my work.
He did not offer to walk/drive me home, nor ask how I was getting home. So I assumed he wasn't interested. When I went to turn around, he put his arms out to hug me, a little thrown off, I awkwardly hugged him.
He came in a week later, hadn't heard anything from him, but I happened to walk away (I didn't see him come in) maybe he thought I was avoiding him? Didn't come back for 2 months. Just before he started coming in again, I ran into him on the street and said hey.
He's been coming in since and recently (past month) started the winking and Hun things...
