Does it mean anything when a chick adjusts herself, mainly her top/blouse over her waist/jeans when she's in your space?

I see a lot of chicas do this adjusting thing when I walk past. Sometimes I do notice a physically attractive girl, sometimes I don't. I don't ogle or make it obvious, but I don't resist, I'm a dude. Girls what do you think?

Well you weren't very descriptive in what you are asking, but I'll answer what I think you were trying to get at. I don't think it has anything to do with that fact that it's you walking past. People like to look presentable, and when someone else walks by it alerts you that your in public, and about your own appearance so you fix yourself up a big. Pulling you're top down a bit over your pants just make you look less sloppy.

I always thought it was a subconscious way of selling yourself. Like putting your best foot forward at a job interview or straightening your tie before you get married. Do you agreeish?

I think it's just because women don't like looking sloppy , having your shirt ride up not only makes you look trashy but your shirt appear wrinkled as well. It has nothing to do with who's around.

I do that all the time. It has nothing to do with who's around me, I just don't want to walk around with my shirt riding up or looking disheveled.

yes I actually think it does sometimes. When I'm around a guy I'm attracted to I subconciously want to bring attention to myself and I fidget and pull at my clothes, somethings brush against my breasts and so on so as to draw attention I guess.

I agree with the girls who have answered before me- if I'm walking in the hallway (or anywhere really) then I have a moment to adjust myself if I'm uncomfortable, so I'll fix it. It generally doesn't have to do with who's around me.

Hmm, you say you adjust yourself when you feel uncomfortable. So is it safe to say you're comfortable when you are by yourself right? I would. However, as soon as someone else comes into the picture it all changes. I always notice when girls do this adjusting thing they glance at me as they do, even they I don't look at them directly.

Sorry, by uncomfortable I meant like if my shirt is twisted or if my sweater is caught on my backpack.
