I have been told that I have a strong personality. What traits do people see to call someone this? Is it a good or a bad thing?

a strong personality is really a good thing

means you are effective in your place, and not easily affected by others

almost a personality capable of leading others

having a sharp opinion and direct words, straight to the point and know what you want and how to get it.

insisting on what you think and sticking to your believes

its being nice and helpful, yet confident and assertive

a strong personality is impressing, its charismatic

there can be two different definitions.

like sometimes you say something innapropriate, like your mouth doesn't have a filter.

or if you are really outgoing and you can make friends easily.
