Girls preferences, tall and thin?

I'm tall, about 6 ft 3in and thin/lean...about 165-170lbs are girls in general intimidated by tall thin guys? or do they have preference for them?

if I'm 6 or 8 + inches taller than a girl, does that seem unattractive or intimidating to them?

or how would you feel about dating a taller guy?

Being tall, to me it would seem weird dating to short of a girl, but that's cause I'm a taller guy. I guess its easy to think that at least, I guess it depends on how you know the person.

I'm in pretty descent shape, not skin and bones...but not built like a tank either.

6'3 is fine with me. I'm 5'2. 165 lbs. I work out weekly 3 times a week or so.start eating a bunch of protein bars. its all good lol jk yeah its very hard to meet anyone interesting and legit. its hard to get the number or give it when you don't know when and how you should. I feel the same way you do. let the cards fall where they may...put your trust in God and not in the things and ways of this world. you were not meant to be alone.but you gotta be out there the right way.there is nothing worse than a man my height or too close to it. it makes me feel fat! I think you'll be ok. I don't see how your height and weight is a big deal. I imagine you hot :)

I like tall! I get to wear cute high-heeled boots and shoes without making the guy feel awkward! Most women I know do too! You definitely have the genetic advantage to gaining access to our genepools!

I don't know if there are any signs a girl is into tall guys, except that she is NOT on the arm of a shorter guy!

I know a guy who is 6'6" who is with a girl who is 5'2" - they look so cute together!

Since you have the physical height advantage, all that's left is to make sure you stand tall in your dealings with women and do the right thing!

Wow 6'6" and 5'2" isn't cute to me. I mean if they love each other, that's all that matters...but I wouldn't want a girl to be that much shorter than me.

I'm incredibly curvy, about 5'7" and a weight that shall never be mentioned. My boyfriend is 6'0" and I'm guessing in the 170 range. Maybe. At first, it really bothered me that he looked more frail than I did, but I realized I didn't fall for his stats... I fell for his personality, sense of humor, and his decency.

The right girl won't mind your height to weight ratio :) Besides, taller guys are great because we gals can wear whatever shoes we like without worrying about being taller than you. I love it!

this prooves how stupid and illogical most women are. A tall and thin guy makes you feel safe, are you kidding me? any women that knew the first thing about being "safe" and fighting would know that a average sized man that is more built is WAY better for "protection" then a lanky guy.

I'm short, but I would prefer to date a tall guy because I feel to masculine dating a guy who is on the shorter side. I am 5'4 so I am kind of short, so it's easier to find someone taller. But I prefer guys 6'2 and up, I really like guys who are way taller than I am. I really woulden't stress if I were you, a lot of girls like taller guys.

I'm 5'9...they say that's pretty tall for a girl. However, I play volleyball, so I'm one of the short ones lol. I love tall men of course. The taller the better, because for girls my height, guys HAVE to be taller, especially since we wear heels too.

6 to 8 inches taller is only about half a foot, so that's nothing.

I LOVE all guys. Of course it might have to do with the fact that I'm a taller girl. I'm built strong as some people say I have a "softball player build" if you know what that means and I tend to lean toward the stronger built guys but it doesn't really matter too much. I like a tall guy who can rap his arms around me and that I rest my head on his chest. there's not real way to find a girl who prefers tall guys unless you date and find out. GOOD LUCK!

I only date guys taller than me. The taller the better! I'm 5''7 so I'm already kind of tall for a girl. So if a guys only as tall as me, or too close to my height that's juts weird. I also don't like really skinny guys. I like bigger guys, or guys that have muscle.

My hubby is a foot taller and almost 100 lbs bigger than me (not hard when you're my size). As long as you're not skin and bones I think tall is hot. If you spent some time roping those muscles up I bet you'd have 'em lined up out the door. A tip for approaching smaller girls is be careful to respect their personal space, because having someone tower over you when you are first meeting can be a little intimidating.

I only date taller guys, but I am 5"5' so it would pose a problem to me to date an extremely tall guy. And as for size, I want my guys beastly. Like my boyfriend now has the nickname Bear because he is 6'2' and 220 and almost all of it is pure muscle. I enjoy the feeling of being snuggled against a large chest and being held by strong arms.

I personally like taller men. My ex boyfriend was a foot taller then me and it was sometimes hard to dance with him at weddings and such, but I still fell for him after I met him. Not many girls like the shorter men, especially the taller women. So its a good thing!

I don't think girls are intimidated..at least I never was. it just makes some things a little more difficult like me kissing him would hurt my neck if I was standing up haha. but other than that I think your height is perfect.
