Why do Guys stare at me than smack their lips when I catch them?

If I am really ugly I would rather get immediately ignored then to have smacking their lips at me when they see me staring at them back. I hate it when guys just hate me for being ugly. I hate heterosexual guys. I kinda of wish that I would subtitute my affection for girls than girls. Girls seem to be interested in me when they stare at me hard. I like girls a lot. Why would guys hate me if they stare at me than smack their lips. I promise I wish I could beat up or slap a guy that just express hatred towards me just because I am an unattractive girl. The only types of guys that respect me are usually non-heterosexual, mental disabilities, introverted guys, devout Conservative Christian guys, and other few groups of guys who would not hate me for being unattractive.

I doubt that what you're claiming is true. I bet that most people don't do that, and if they do, you're hanging around in the wrong neighbourhood.
Also sometimes people just get dry lips, and it's not really lip smacking.
