Can we tell? Depends on the tightness of his pants. The tighter they are (or if he gets horny) the more obvious it is. But he really should go commando cause underwear is bad for you. in guys the extra layer holds in more heat and can cause low sperm count cause sperm need to be cooler than the body to live. plus there's literally no purpose to a guy wearing underwear.
