3. I want a thong bikini cause id rather have a thong tan line than a white ass and tan legs.

my two friends I asked (guy and girl) both said that it's trashy and I shouldn't buy anything from that site because it's too skimpy.

The general consensus between my friends seems to be to not get it, so I'm going to stick with my regular bikini bottoms.Thanks to everyone who didn't jump to conclusions about me personally or call me a whore/slut.

In all honesty, in response to your questions:

My initial thought would be: "wow, attention whore..."

Yes I believe it is trashy. A girl who shows all her "ASSets" is not classy.

I would certainly assume negative things i.e: she has no self respect, she's obviously looking for attention for guys, and I bet she'd sleep with the first one who approached her. I tend to get irritated when girls do things to increase the likelihood that guys view us as purely sexual objects, and they tend to lose respect for us and treat us as such when we flaunt ourselves around in manors similar to what you are considering doing.

And I would feel uncomfortable with my girlfriend wearing that, because I know people would be thinking negative things, and I would hate for them to judge my friend negatively, and perhaps me as well for associating with her, based off something like that, when I know she actually is a good person.

Cure the white ass problem with a tanning bed or in your backyard. And unless you get naked on a regular basis in front of random guys, I don't think it's that big of a deal.

dude if that thing moves even an inch her crotch is exposed to the world. like... ew. it looks awful hun I'm sorry. in my opinion, thong bathing suits aren't appropriate at american beaches. americans are much more conservative when it comes to swimwear and there's no point in trying to push that because you'll only look like a slut. like that other girl said I would automatically write you off as some dumb whore looking for attention, whether that's true or not. if you MUST have a thong bikini, find one that actually covers your cooch at all. that's the only part that I find TRULY trashy.

Yeah, it is a bit trashy. If you wanted it for the tan line thing (which I definitely understand), maybe just get it to wear when you're tanning alone or only with friends or something? If you wore it in public, it might make you be perceived as an attention whore/easy, not to mention probably attract a lot of unwanted attention.

I'm shocked to see some of the responses. Does anyone go to the beach any more. Thongs are common. There's nothing wrong with a girl liking the way she looks; she probably works pretty hard to look that way. I love summer. I love going to the beach. I've worked hard so I can be proud to shed my shirt. I like it when I get looks; I like that my fiancee gets looks. I don't think it's about being an "attention whore." It's very sexy and very revealing. My immediate assumption towards a girl wearing that type of bottom would be that she is probably the loose type. It would be pure stereotyping, I know, but that's what the thought would be. Probably more specifically I would think that she is a girl with little personality, little smarts and is just trying to show off her body as an attention whore.

Definitely trashy. Maybe if you just want to tan in your backyard (watch out for peeping neighbors, though), but not in public. If I saw a girl wearing that at the beach, I'd probably point her out to my friends and we'd talk about what a skank she probably is. Sounds harsh, but it's true. Also: that crotch is tiny! Just imagine how much time you're going to have to spend shaving/waxing/whatever your bikini line in order to wear that thing.

unless you are in brazil do not wear a thong bikini in public. you will come off very trashy to most people. its a cute bikini but it is very trashy. if I saw a girl like that I would assume negative things about her. if it was my friend who wanted to wear that I probably wouldn't be seen with her!

uhh yes. I've spent 3 years living in italy, and even there in other countries not that many girls feel the need to be attention whores. I'm amarthon runner so I know what its like to feel good about the way you look and work for it ( irun 12-18 miles a day) but even I would never wear that to a public place cause it screams trashy. and yea guys are gonna look but its not a good look. there just talk about how your probably easy and who can f*** you first.
