how much do you usually want your girls to weigh? so its not embarrassing that you can't even pick her up or anything...

OK first, let's establish that there's an average girl. She's not skinny, but she isn't fat either. Let's rank them 4, 5 and 6 on the weight scale, because you can sort of go up and down a bit here without being considered thin or chubby, but you can still see a difference between girls in this category. Girls like these can easily get attention from guys, unless their face isn't all that pretty.
Next, let's take those girls from Fashion TV and magazines who walk on the catwalk and pose for pictures. They are SLIGHTLY underweight, but they aren't anorexic. They would be rank 3. On this same category, but on the opposite end, we have girls who are... a bit chubby. They have a bit of extra fat on their arms and stomach, but they can't really be considered fat. They're rank 7. Some guys like girls like these, others don't. For some, it doesn't really matter, because they'd have the same chances as 4, 5 and 6 girls in getting their attention.
Now we have anorexic girls, who have barely any meat on under their skin, and whose ribs are showing. They're rank 2 and 1. On the other end, we have girls who are so fat, they have trouble exercizing. They're rank 8, 9 10. I reckon 1 would be a girl so skinny, that she's too weak to walk on her own, and 9 would be a girl so fat, that she has trouble climbing to the first floor using the stairs. Rank 10 girls aren't able to walk. You don't really see a lot of these girls, because they usually have disorders and get treated for them. Guys usually aren't attracted to these sort of girls.
With that established, if you then ask me to pick between a 3 girl and a 7 girl, I would pick the 7 girl. Basically, I'd pick a chubby girl over a typical fashion model anyday.
Now if you ask me to pick between a 2 and a 8 girl, it would the depend a lot on their other features, such as face and hair, but I'd usually go for the 2. Anything other than that wouldn't matter, because I just wouldn't be interested. :I
As for how much I usually want my girls to weigh, I'd say it depends on their height. There is no specific weight category. If I can pick them up, that would be wonderful! But if I can't, it wouldn't be that big of a deal for me. Plus sometimes it wouldn't even be her fault. xD
BTW, before anyone smacks me for categorizing girls like this, I'd just like to say guys can also fit into those 10 categories. I only established them like this so that I could answer the question.
Don't take this the wrong way, but it seems to me that you would fall upon the slightly chubby side... but barely. My friend is 5 feet tall and weights 130lbs, and I think her body is so hot. :x I mean yeah she is sort of chubby but like, you can't really notice any actual FAT on her body, especially her arms.
So if you want to lose 10lbs, go ahead - I don't think it would be too much. The thing is, I don't think it would make that much of a difference since it wouldn't really matter so much. I seriously doubt I'd be able to tell if a girl lost or gained 10lbs.

Do not obsess over your weight, it will just make you sick. Women who say that being under is better is just because they are unhappy with themselves, and obviously insensitive and unintelligent. They are giving in to the stereotype that America has set before us. You are wonderful just the way you are. Believe that and then you will be even more attractive.
I am not a skinny girl, I am even considered over weight but all of it goes to my chest. I wear a DD bra, almost in DDD and I feel great. Believe me you will always be criticized and if you let it get to you then you will lose who you are. I used to struggle with an eating disorder, I lost 40 pounds in a month (insane!), I stopped having my cycle, my skin became a sickish color, and my hair/nails became much thinner. It's not worth it to be thin. I am chubby these days and I love myself. I love my hips, my chest, every part of me that is accentuated by curves, you should too!
Don't let what men think or want rule who you are. You will never fit the standards that everyone has set before you. Plus one day you will grow old, lose your youthful face and if you grew up thinking only about your appearance you will become a shell and be nothing more than a grouchy old lady.
Bottom line, screw what others say. LOVE YOURSELF!
You don't say if you are big-boned or not, but I am 5'4" and weight 108 and I am still curvy, not scrawny, so I am going to say 115 lbs is probably too much for you. Again, from a "looks" standpoint, everyone likes different looks, but from a health standpoint if you are not pretty much skinny in your teens, you are going to struggle like crazy in your 20's, 30's and beyond.
Further, look at your eating habits. If you are supporting 115 pounds by eating lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, lean meat and not eating sauces, fried or junk foods on a daily or weekly basis, that is good. But realistically most American adults are eating a lot of stuff they don't need. You don't need mochas, lattes, energy drinks, sodas, french fries, chips, hamburgers, pizza, dessert, candy bars, pie, cake, muffins, ranch dressing, buttered bread...on even a weekly basis, especially not the sizes that are served in the states. In Europe when you get a coffee drink, it is less than half the size of the smallest serving you can get at Starbucks. We are out of control. Work on this now, for your health rather than wait until you are 30, 40 or more pounds overweight.
Sorry, a little over all the posts on here by girls wondering about weight. I can say it is sad how many young people are overweight these days. Back in the 70's before people super sized everything and ate out all the time, you just really did not see anyone who was fat. In fact as teenagers we were skinny, no doubt about it. Watch "Dazed and Confused" and you will see how teenagers used to look. Now it is so common to see girls with muffin tops wedging themselves into outfits they should not be wearing, and this is as teenagers. Then you hear them try to rationalize it by saying things like "I'm not obese", when the reality is that they are overweight.
So, I realize that is not exactly what your question is about but I can say to any girl or woman who is uncomfortable with her weight, you should not be asking "Does this make me look fat?" and instead learn about nutrition and improve your eating habits. Once you get to a normal, healthy weight, you will feel better about yourself and it is the best for your health. I mean, if you are overweight, even by 10 pounds as a teenager, you are in for big trouble the older you get.
We are not facing a big underweight epidemic in this country.

I'm bi so I date girls and I will say overweight but not too overweight. a little bit chubby is cute for some girls and if you have a naturally curvy shape and have a little bit extra weight you can usually pull off chubby. I think there is beauty in all shapes of women and some very thin girls are attractive but I would just prefer chubby over too skinny and underweight.
I'm curvy (rounder butt, wider hips compared to my small stomach, full breasts) and I'm not chubby (im not too thin either...like in between I guess) but if I gain a few extra pounds it goes to all the right places - meaning not immediately to my tummy.

Holy crap chica! I can answer this from a womans point of view. My weight has been all over the scale and I am in general a very tiny tiny person especially at an average weight to being underweight. That is just how I was made; however, when I was over weight guys loved me and when I was under weight guys couldn't even look at me and no one would hug me because they were afraid they would break me. I was under weight by 25 pounds before because of depression and other stuff. Some guys and even girls were so concerned about me being underweight that they would cry sometimes and yes both guys and girls. Both genders actually got really mean to me when I was under weight and no one would really associate with me. I gained weight and I'm at a healthy weight now but when it came down to it and in my experience guys took me and loved me more as being over weight NOT underweight.
most guys here are going to tell you that looks aren't that important, that personality is what keeps a guy around. but here's the truth...personality aside, given the choice of a thin girl and a slight bigger girl, he's going to go for the thin girl.

I can agree with you on this but where I'm from it's not so much about skinny people because it definitely possible to have a "fat" skinny girl. Most guys I know like muscle tone more than just "skinny" people. And I would also like to add that skinny is relative to who you are talking about because some girls at their skinniest would be a two where as others could be a 12 it really depends.
I think there are skinny people dating skinny people but also skinny people dating heavier people. I know a lot of girls who are in a healthy weight but like a guy with meat on his bones. Also a lot of scrawny guys go for the thicker girls like the sqenixs guy before me. I think everyone has their own taste.
it's all about taking care of yourself. if you went to the gym 3 days a week and had an hour long work out we wouldn't be having this conversation. I'm not saying you are over weight, cause 115 is still pretty thin in my books. but if you go to the gym regularly you can change your body without any differently, you can choose to eat differently to speed up the process but it's really up to you. & this is the way you are suppose to loose weight. if you workout 3 days a week than 3-4 months down the road you should see a huge difference, and this will answer your question, because exercising doesn't make you look underweight or overweight you will look perfectly healthy!
I highly doubt a man wouldn't be able to pick up a 115 lb woman, anyway I would much rather the girl be a little overweight instead of underweight, it just looks disgusting if you're too thin and if you're a bit chubbier, there also comes the meat that the guys want and sometimes its kind of cute :).

The BMI scale is pointless, don't bother with it. If you're concerned about your weight, consider high intensity interval training and weight lifting. Most girls are afraid they'll get too muscular weight lifting, but trust me, it won't happen (it's not as easy as some people think).
My girlfriend was 5'1" and she was 95 lbs and that was spot on, perfect. If she lost anymore weight, I would have liked that less than if she had gained some. Looking scrawny, boney, is not attractive (to me) I would rather she be 10 lbs over her ideal weight than 10 lbs under.
If you can knock off the 10 lbs, do it... you will like the results. If you can't, well... try to draw the line and hold it there because it will do nothing but get harder to maintain as you get older.

That sounds like a normal weight for your height to me. I won't tell you to lose weight (and don't think you need to) but if you want to eat healthier than you already are then go for it. I'm not a guy so I can't say my opinion but I have curves (not rolls though lol) and guys love it.

For me I would prefer a girl overweight. That's just what I like in terms of body. My standards for a girl are based on my own body. I am 70 lbs underweight (6' 3" 130 lbs. I wish I could gain weight) so as long as a girl has a cute face, I don't care if she is 70 lbs underweight or overweight.
Skinny women, underweight women, look "breakable"
they may be attractive to look at, but you would never play "wrestle" or bear hugs, or tickle.

I tend to go for girls that are not too skinny. I like about 130-140lbs personally. Doesn't mean I wouldn't go after a skinny girl, I've just tend to like more on a girl.
I prefer a little bit over the average. Like 155-175 lbs. But an attractive girl with fat on legs, ass, hips. I don't like too skinny girl.

slightly overweight is fin like 10-15 pounds or slightly under is fine. more depends on what the weight is and how it looks on their body.
Just be comforitable in your own body. just because 1 guy perfers somthing another guy perfers somthing else.
