Usually no but it depends on the situation. Thouh I probably wouldn't 99.999% of the time. Plus I wouldn't actually see her as left overs.

Even if she had been dumped by one of my friends three times in a row. There were probably reasons why he had gotten back together with her and dumped her. It just didn't work out for them. I also wouldn't date her mainly out of respect for my friend. Also just because it doesn't work out between a girl and a guy doesn't make her left overs.
