My married coworker thought there was a chance with me and made a move - I pulled back and basically I've been carrying on as normal, as if nothing happened. He's been fairly shy and awkward about it, not really speaking to me.

I've approached him and he doesn't want anything to do with me unless it's for work purposes. I've really done my best to build bridges, I've tried to organise to speak to him about it, but he refuses to speak.

Is he just being petty? How do I deal with this? I do really like the guy - he's relatively shy and a big softie so I'm not really sure how to deal with it. And pushing him to speak hasn't helped any - in fact, it's made it worse.

I suppose I waited until we were married to have sex with her which was really difficult as I was a 22 and we had to wait until she was 16. This one time we went out walking together a month before the wedding when she had come of age and started making out in an old disused mill.

everytime i see posts about rejected coworkers the details always point the same way to me: he's worried about the sexual harassment charge.

you showed something that he interpreted as attraction and when he went for it he was turned down. trying again is harassment and you tryna be buddy buddy with him probably isn't helping his willpower.

I turned him down - but we work in the same team and the awkwardness is just unbearable to be honest. I'm really at a loss as to what to do to help the situation.
