I have a "friend" we like to cuddle but over the past few time he has started to lift up my shirt and blow on my stomach like parents do to their babies to where it make that fart sound. I usually laugh so he keeps doing it but I don't understand why he likes to do it so much. He also likes to blow in my ear. I don't get what pleasure that brings for guys.

Much like you said, it's what parents do to their babies, but rather than to hear the "fart sound" I'd gamble its because this is how we was more commonly shown affection as a babe, thus making this his way of showing affection to others as well.
