I know what a hypocrit I am but I do love long hair on a woman. I will not date a woman with short hair, which I consider a typical male haircut or shorter. I don't want to date a man and that makes her look like a man.
I hate long hair on men and me. Mine is thinning and I am constantly tempted to just shave it all off.
That all being said, I know that long hair is super hot (temp wise). Also, very long hair gives some women neck pain and headaches. My 6th grade teacher had it to her ankles. now I am FB friends with her over 40 years later and she has it basically buzzed lol.
So I don't blame women for wanting it short. I just don't want to date them if it is short. Plus, I am really turned on by anything feminine so bows, clips, pony tails, are all super turn on...

lol! I honestly had a little girl call me tangle. I guess when I lose weight and have my hair down I look like a baby doll! Hahahaha! Hence why I gain weight and I want cut my hair! lol (: I can't handle a compliement especially from a little girl they are usually so honest. (-: !

The longest I have had mine was 'classic length'. I generally have it between my shoulders and bra these days. When it's was at classic length, when I would go to the bathroom, I would have to wrap my hair around my neck to keep it out of the way, or wear it up. Lol 😂

Mine is usually between armpit and bra strap. Guys I have encountered lately have told me not to cut my hair so I guess they like it that length.

I'd say at least bra strap length, that's really a good starting point, women look so pretty with long hair and extremely sexy when done right.

I'm actually a dude with long hair, mine is now down to about... mid back, roughly. I should probably cut it :)

@LoseMyself I don't know a huge amount about hair styles to be honest. This will just be my personal preference/taste.

I prefer somewhere between straight and wavy the most, slightly wavy looks more natural that perfectly straight hair. Women who go too far with curling or who have naturally really curly hair don't do it for me. What I find seriously attractive is traditional european hair, so pretty much anything with braids/plait. Part of that is that it just looks really pretty, but I also feel it somewhat conveys temperament/personality. I feel like a lot of modern liberal women would scoff at a traditional hairstyle as oppressive/patriarchy - yadda yadda.

I'm more of a traditional guy in my tastes both in terms of look and personality, so it says a lot about a woman I think, at the very least it tells you they're not a die hard liberal, although having hair that's not blue or red kinda does that as well.

My answer is more like range. From at least bra-strap to classic. Hip lenght being the best.
Shorter? Nope. That turns me off. Longer? Yeah, but…it will require serious work and dedication, we can work something out.
Long hairs are signs of good health and genes. So…it's kind of natural to search for that.

If it hides your butt It's probably too long and tailbone is probably maximum length practically speaking. Armpit-Waist generally looks best depending on the lady and her style, although pixie/bob/shoulder can look excellent too.

Wow! Getting pretty specific there! lol. Anywhere from shoulder length to middle of back, top of the butt is my preference, but if I like you, I like you, your hair length becomes irrelevant.
