Why do guys like the girly girls so much?

When I see a chick dressed like you, I think wow that girl is weird, probably crazy, immature, not attractive at all, but she could be if she dressed normal, has some issues probably with her parents trying to rebel, defiantly not something I would want to take home to my parents to show off, or to my friends, and if I was in a relationship if she dressed like that we would stay home the majority of the time. I would be embarrassed to take her out in public if she dressed like that. And every time she comes over I would have to hide all my knives, wouldn't want her cutting herself in my house.

Now when I see a chick dressed like your sister, I think OK she's cute, I would want to get her number, I bet she has a good personality, I would want to introduce her to my family, my friends, and by that time I am already talking to her.

I don't think it really matters. All guys have different tastes. I was walking in front of these guys who had once said they would never go out with a girl who was more 'jacked' then they were and I turned around and they were two skinny guys with no muscle on them what so ever (and I'm a gymnast so I'm pretty damn muscular) however my boyfriend doesn't seem to mind whatsoever how 'jacked' I am. It just all depends on the guy.

In my opinion guys tend to prefer a girl to actually look like one.

I've only ever dressed "girly" in little dresses, heels & never leave the house without looking

the best I possibly can (from my lippy to my nails), guys really notice me for it & always

comment on how I look.

If you have the looks & figure for it then why not show it off & emphasise all your best bits x.

I'm guessing you're the same girls that posted the Me, Sister, or Cousin question. I like the scene girl look but I like girly girls too and they're usually more my personality. Also from what I've seen scene girls never like guys that aren't scene too. I'm not saying they're all like that but it seems most of them are.

BTW Scene girls can be pretty hot. It's hard to judge off of pictures of clothes and stuff over pictures of people.

my girlfriend dresses like you do and wen we would travel round us events (as in mx) tons of guys would stare at her gawking. I think it is very attractive. not a fan of tht super girly style, probably because I myself am more the first one. my younger brothers like tht type of girl too, and they are all white "hoods" if ya know what I mean

men instinctively are attracted to feminine women. girly girls take care of themselves and look more obviously feminine and womanly and soft and that is what guys are attracted to. pretty much all stereotypical groups of guys prefer girly women.

it's all about judging people

if someone judges a scene girl they will probably think they are emo and depressed or a rocker

if someone judges a girl girl they will think she's nice and sweet and innocent.
