Here's what I look for:

-Doesn't spend all day on social media and doesn't take pictures of herself every 5 minutes

-Dresses nicely

-College educated

-Career oriented

As for the personality traits you listed, I like them all except for the plays hard to get one. If a girl plays hard to get and acts like her pussy is golden, I am going to instantly stop talking to her and find someone who is worth my time and effort.

That being said, I like clingy and possessive girls too. However, I don't think those traits are necessarily mutually exclusive with being shy.
