Are awkward guys unattractive?

I'm very awkward and i don't try to talk to many girls in person because i don't want them to think im weird. Is it unatteactive to be a quiet and awkward guy?

Not necessarily. Awkward/shy guys are just another type of guy, so it also depends on the girl. They may also be perceived as harder to get, so that also depends on the girl. Shy guys may not be noticed as often though, because they aren't really "out there" to be noticed as much. But the characteristic of being a shy/awkward guy doesn't necessarily make someone unattractive.
To prove my point: I am currently crushing on a shy guy I never talked to.

How do i put myself more out there? I mean i dont think im unattractive (my face is on my profile). Just dont know how to put myself out there really to talk to girls

If you are willing to let time help you, then you don't have to talk directly to girls. If you talk to/know a lot of people in general, more girls will "know" you because you'll stand out a little more. Work on being a little more outgoing in general. Also, you could stand out a little bit if you do something notable, like answering a lot of teacher's questions in class or being in a co-ed club. Just doing something that people could notice you for.

Not at all. There are some girls, including myself. Who find the awkward guys really cute, but may I suggest pushing past your fears and consider talking. If your too quiet all the time you'll be looked past quite often and not very noticed.

I try to but my anxiety levels kick in and I don't know what to say!!. Any convo starters would be helpful!

I understand that. Anxiety can suck major time. Just be yourself, and do your best to push past it. You'll never get over it by avoiding it. As for a conversation starter I'd recommend just coming over to a girl and just saying hi. Or better yet start up a conversation by complementing her. From there you can take over and just start up a casual conversation.
