Do guys care about the color of a girl's vagina?

I have been on the edge. I'm 17 and I am of a middle eastern decent. A few months ago my friend freaked out because she felt that her vagina was way darker than her skin tone, I noticed that my vaginal area is way darker than my skin color too. I started feeling very low and insecure about it. Recently I met up with a doctor she said that the reason why my vagina is darker is because of heredity but I feel like the guy might feel that I have hygiene issues or he might just straight up feel disgusted. I have been very insecure and feel like I will never be able to have an intimate relationship. What do guys really feel about this issue?

The genitalia is usually darker or black in color normally, it is due to increased melanocytes in these area. Melanocytes are pigment producing cells which produce melanin, which darkens its appearance.

Further friction or rubbing the skin repeatedly increases the darkness of skin. So avoid rubbing the area.

There is no effective treatment for bringing fairness to this part as the pigmentation is physiological or normally present. You can apply COSGLO gel at night time area without rubbing. It will achieve some degree of fairness in few months time.

Your dark private areas can be because of several factors including:

Ventilation – Your private areas are at most times confined, not receiving fresh air. This certainly changes the texture and color of the skin.

Moisture – Because of confinement, your private areas accumulate a lot of moisture, which can change skin color.

Sweat – Sweat is waste from within your body. It contains varied chemicals eliminated from your body. Because your private areas are at most times confined, any slight sweat is bound to remain on the skin until you bathe. This causes skin color change.

Tight clothing – Confining your private areas in tight clothing prevents the skin from breathing, in effect making the skin dark.

Friction – Constant friction between skin surfaces as you walk or undertake your daily activities changes the texture and color of your private areas.

Age – As you age, your private areas naturally turn dark. This is attributed to hormonal changes.

Genetics – You may inherit genes that cause dark skin in your private areas.

Don't be. Vagina's come in every color, shape and size. I don't think guys are super bothered by it, at least not me. But if you truly feel insecure, talk to you the guy about it. If he is a nice guy, he'll find it cute about you sharing this with him.

Most guys look at porn, and chances are if a guy is interested in you he has watched porn with girls of your color, and he has probably already seen what a dark girl's vagina looks like, so it probably won't bother him. I would worry more about the hair. I definitely find girls who are totally shaved or at least very well groomed with short hair to be much more appealing. It's no fun going down on a girl and getting prickly hair rubbing against your lips.

I don't care. Vagina's come in all shapes, colors, sizes, etc and i have yet to be disgusted by them. Don't worry about it. the color in your vagina is caused by phenomelanin, it usually is from a light pink to a dark red or even purple. You have nothing to be ashamed of.
