I ask because it seems like butts are getting all the attention these days. Not to mention all of the studies showing men prefer buts over breasts and small breasts over large breasts.

Boobs are incredible. I am both a boob and butt man, as it were, and I gotta say I love both. I like them big and small, but the love for big breasts is far from dead. It has an instinctive appeal, they are extraordinarily attractive + fun. Natural, of course. Some folks may like synthetic additions, but not me. Moral of the story is yes, men like big boobs. If she's a little small breasted its ok. :) I've never understood the big butt thing, although there was this black woman I came across in a store, she was very pregnant and squatted down to get something and couldnt get back up. Butts are just butts. As long as they are not to big they are all about equal. Yes some are more shapely than others, but overall who cares?
Boobs on the other hand define the feminine shape.
I personally like big boobs. C through J cup they are all awesome to me. That is not to say that A and B cups are bad. I have seen plenty of attractive women with smaller boobs.

I don't understand women getting fake boobs unless it is for medical reasons (cancer for example) or if they have an A or less and they want it for self esteem issues.

I know more guys who prefer normal/small breasts and some even prefer flat chests. Typically nice nipples are better than big breasts. Also with the whole breast Vs butt thing, a flat chest is fine, but a flat butt can be a turn off. Take it as you will...
