Why does he walk out of the room everytime I walk in?

It's something I've been observing lately and I'm not sure if I should count it as just a coincidence. I stay late on campus every Mondays and apparently, he does the same thing too and stays where I usually go every Monday evening (but not on any other day of the week). I find it odd that he only goes there every Monday evening as well, but everytime I walk in the room, a few minutes later, he packs up and leaves.

Recently, a few seconds after he saw me and my classmates walk in, he immediately ducked down to get his bag to prepare to leave.

Need more info on who this person is, if it's somebody you don't know at all, it's safe to assume that this person thinks you are cute and is nervous being in the same area with you, when I was younger and didn't know how to handle the feeling of being in the same room with someone I thought was cute, I would usually leave.

He used to be my professor and I didn't do anything professional or rude before to him. I just noticed that whenever I'd walk into his class, he would suddenly stutter, his voice would change. And then, when I'd go to the faculty and he's around, he would leave :(

Oh!! I'd say he's interested in you, but is nervous because you were his student. If it really does bother you, try bringing it up to him the next time you see him before he can run out on you.
