Ok... two points here...1. the guys of your age will fantasize about any girl whether he knows/likes them or not - and he's likely to fantasize while masturbating
2. if a guy tells you he fantasizes about you then you have probably been in his imagination while masturbating. Its all perfectly normal for guys your age to do this so you can take it as a compliment he likes you/finds you attractive... or not !

It's a risky move to admit you fantasize about someone to their face, but I guess they assume they'll be flattered by it (that or they're kinda creepy).

I would fantasize about a girl I am attracted to rather than just mentally piece together a woman that I'd be into. It's a mental level of knowing this person exists and having the human desire to want what you can or cannot have potentially.
