What does it mean when a girl runs her hands through your hair?

Personally, I think she would be flirting with you (if this has happened to you). I think that's so touchy feely, and perhaps it's the person is always touchy feeling. Referring to the norm, I think that act is very intimate which has broken the "touch barrier" and waaay beyond that.

Whenever I touch peoples hair, it's very short and I don't run my hands through them, unless I exclaim how their hair looks so soft and I ask for a feel.
