In terms of physical appearance I'd say sporty, especially from the two pictures you provided. On the other hand if you're talking about what quality I would prefer in a partner it would certainly be intelligence.

Someone who will challenge me intellectually, who is good with her own personal finances, and wants more out of life than to be just a stay at home mom, or hair dresser at a salon...
