So I was with this guy the other night we were in his car and he was drunk and I was feeling uncomfortable as he kept trying to grab my hands and kiss on my neck and pulling my head in for a kiss and no matter how many times I said no he kept insisting saying “I came all this way to see you I expect something” even though I’d told him beforehand this was completely innocent and he was fine with that so he grabbed my hand and put it down his pants and I tried so hard to pull my hand back but he kept insisting saying “just make it grow and you can leave it come on just make it grow” so I finally got my hand out and he realised he would not be getting anything and drove me home what would you say this is and do I need to take it any further I’ve told a few friends but not parents I’m not sure if I need to

It's a sexual assault by strict definition. Whether or not it is pursued as such depends on you. Some girls might take is as a guy being a pushy douchebag and might not want to take it further. That is not to say that you shouldn't though, it is for the victim to decide how they choose to proceed when an act that clearly constitutes a crime has occurred.
