How often do guys get a haircut at the barbers?

I need to know so I can calculate how much to give to my boyfriend for his birthday

It depends on his style of hair, and at what length he wants to keep it. Longer hair, tends to be cut less often. Shorter hair, tends to be cut more often. And if he has OCD, that increases the number of times it gets cut. A lot of guys get their hair cut every month, or a little more. Others much less often.

I go about every 5 months but know that is not the norm for guys. I would guess every 2 months so (6 haircuts X haircutprice) is my suggestion.

Do guys still go to the barbers? The only males I ever see getting haircuts are young kids but I guess guys are having their hair cut somewhere. I prefer to cut my hair myself but that is easy with my hairstyle.
