My ex winked at me, what does this mean?

My ex recently broke up with his girlfriend and the other day he winked at me. Is he just joking or is he literally trying to start dating me again? Also, his parents don't really like or trust me how can I improve my relationship with his parents and with making as little contact as possible? I'm open to any ideas on how to gain back his parents trust just as long as they're not hurtful, dangerous, or unsafe to me, him or his parents. I'll take any ideas no matter how crazy they are, because you never know, they might just be crazy enough to work! :) I also want you all to know that i'm grateful for any answers even if some are mean and that you actually care enough to take time out of your day to help me because I'm confused and out of ideas.

Today he full out admitted to liking me and was winking and smiling at me all day, now what should I do?

If it means anything, then he meant to send a signal. If he thinks you didn't receive or understand that signal, he will likely communicate more directly at some point. So my advice to you is to either talk to him and get clarification or do nothing. If you do nothing, then either he will get back to you and be more clear or he will do nothing in which case the wink likely meant nothing.

he can't contact me and he only talks to me when adults aren't around when he winked at me he did it from across the room

It's possibly a sign that he wants to date you again, but be careful because if he's the kind of guy to move on so quickly and date other girls as soon as he's done with one it might not be a good sign. And when you want to gain back his parents' trust, make sure you don't repeat the same mistakes and time will prove to them they can trust you:)

Wow, that's hard. They shouldn't be blaming you for something that isn't your fault. That sounds very unhealthy. If it's something he did that deserves their loss of trust, then maybe it's worth rethinking the relationship. But it's hard to tell without more context.
