Guys, What kind of scent do you find attractive on a girl?

I’m looking to buy some perfumes and don’t know which one men find the most pleasant. For example, vanilla, sandalwood, rose, etc. Serious answers please.

1. Britney spears fantasy perfume (a girl I loved smelled amazing lol)

I could get into a whole thing on this haha, ex mate use to explore all kinds of perfume and she would smell sooooo freakin amazing after a shower omg. but yeah those 3 are pretty good.

Don't get anything too sickly sweet. Like someone else said, a fresh scent is enough. Sample different scents until you find what -you- like, and wear that. If someone else finds that perfume repulsive but it's one that you really liked, it maybe wouldn't have been the best match. Eventually you'll snag someone who is as in love with the scent as you are, and it'll stand out to them as something they love about you. So make it something that you like.

Agree. Some women have a natural sweet scent, so when the basic fresh perfume mix with their natural scent - it would be sweet enough.

I would go into aromatic/oriental herbal, spicy/ambery notes.
Cassis, patchouli, pink pepper, amber, ambroxan etc.

Not a fan of powdery, fruity or sweet gourmet notes.
If you want sweet I would settle for something milder like tonka bean instead of vanilla.
But normally, I prefer women to smell more mature rather than girly.

It's individual which perfume match who. A perfume may smell good on a person, but not another one.

In general speaking I think fresh, light and feminine perfumes smells good on women. A rosy and fruity smell are often good. I likes orange and lemon. Vanilla, strawberry etc. can also smell feminine.

Quite common that girls here I live to put on perfume that has a very strong scent of strawberry or vanilla and it's just pleasant the first sniff. After that, it becomes an odor that you want to get away from since it becomes overrepresented from other things around you.

Vanilla for women. But a lot depends on your skin and your own body oils and smell. So try smelling some that are popular or that you like when you’re at the mall or something and then spay your wrist and rub them together and on your neck and see what other people think and if you still like it. Do that for the next few weeks and whichever one people like the most is your winner. I’d try starting with Marc Jacobs Daisy

If it smells good to you and you like most men probably do. I really like perfume on a woman couldnt answer what types exactly though. Never smelled a bad one but I'm sure they exist. If I had to guess I think I smelled a girl with sandalwood once and it smelled amazing. Maybe something more flowery would be good.

Not to sharp smell, not to much of it, not using a lot of it to skip shower and/or laundry day ( seen women doing this, I can see when you did not wash your hair in the morning).

Something sweet and flowery, not one of those that smell like air freshener.

Something thats light and fuity or has that flowery scent is pretty good for the summer and id say a vanilla scent thats a bit heavy for the winter times.

Honestly? Cookies. So, vanilla, or cinnamon, for example. Otherwise, it's pretty much a matter of taste. And go light with it; scent should be VERY subtle.

Find something you like that way. A sexy lady I know we share the same cologne often same perfume. We shop together for scents that don't clash, I prefer a more expensive taste minimum of 80 dollars for 3oz.
