I prefer tonka bean, it's a similar note but it is less oppressive.
Vanilla notes tend to be bundled with more sweet notes that can make the perfume overbearing, so I would definitely check what else is in there.

I love perfume but certain ones. I do love Vanilla it’s one of my favourites as long as it’s not a sickly scented one. I’m not really a floral fan because it is very Grannyish and old ladyish.

Guys like the musky after workout smell. Not the dirty sweaty kind. The I had a real good workout and I had happy vibes through it. In other words good phermones. Drives us nuts. Also classy perfumes are great. Never heard of the vanilla perfume thing.

Depends if its one of those cloying sickly sweet scents or the lighter more natural fragrance, the natural fragrance is infinitely preferable as most of the heavy cloying sickly sweet scents can make me physically sick.

I for one do love Hot Vanilla applied to the bodies hot spots. Behind ears the nape of the neck, lower back, behind knees and ankles. Rosemary and Bamboo oils I also really love.

I love vanilla! It absolutely drives me crazy. Not too strong through. Women use a lot of scented products, so it's important to use them with a gentle touch, you want your scents to work together.
