I saw a dick pic on my brothers phone, what do I do?

Should I be worried? He is only 12 and I feel he is too young to be sending them. Do I tell my mom? I’m scared he might be sending them to his friends, or worse a stranger. What should I do?

I think because he's a minor, it would be the right thing to do considering the pic could get to someone of age and get both that person and your brother in a lot of trouble. Its safer to get him in a little trouble with your mom than in legal trouble for spreading child porn even if it isn't meant to be seen as that /:

I didn’t have my phone on me and was taking photos of my dog on his phone ( as I have a dog insta account) I was deleting them after so it doesn’t take up space, and deleted one of his. I went to recover it and found the photo
